Time	Seasons	Weather Station

The Weather Station can be commissioned at Franklyn's Lab. It will be in the mailbox the next morning.

Read the weather station for today's weather and tomorrow's forecast. The information will include the weather and wind icons. The weather changes at 7am, 12pm and 6pm each day, regardless of season.

Using the Bottle of Clouds will change the weather to rain for the next day. In Winter, it can be used to give a chance of a snowy day, otherwise it will be rain. This is an advantage if you want to visit Jimmy's Boat. If all prerequisites are met, Jimmy appears all day if it is raining or snowing in the morning.

Using a Cup of Sunshine at any time will instantly remove rainy weather.

After rain/thunderstorm there is a chance a rainbow may appear . This optical phenomenon does not appear on the weather station, however have a look up for the rainbow after there has been rain (this does not occur at night).

A new dynamic weather event, a Meteor Shower can be seen on the Weather Station at night. It will appear more often in Autumn and Winter, or when using the Fortuitous Wish on the Wish Fountain.

Snow is coming to Dinkum. If it snows in the morning, a snowy day happens, and Big Snow Balls and Snow Bricks appear on grass, mowed grass and in flowers on the ground, but not on tropical grass or dirt/sand/mud.

Dynamic Weather[]

Summer Sun Update introduced dynamic weather.

Sunny and Cloudy[]

A normal sunny or cloudy day with no harsh weather conditions.

Breezy and Windy[]

Windy days are more common in Autumn
Wind sounds with trees moving about and animated leaves blow around.

Fog[]

Fog may appear in the morning and appear hazy in all seasons. In Winter, Fog may also appear in the afternoon.

Rain[]

Crops and tilled dirt are watered eliminating the need for manual watering that day.
When it's raining in the morning and the player has more than 1,000,000 in the Bank, Jimmy can visit on his Boat.
"It's good fishing time", according to Rayne. Fish are more common when it rains.
Toads can spawn.
Drips of water falls from the player when it is raining or wet from swimming.

Thunderstorms[]

Thunderstorms can appear in any season, though they will appear more often in Summer and Spring.
During a thunderstorm, there is a chance of lightning striking the ground, creating a Thunder Egg.

Meteor Shower[]

A single Meteorite will fall during a meteor shower throughout the night between one hour after sunset/night and 11pm.
Can appear in any season, though they will appear more often in Autumn and Winter, and/or when using the Fortuitous Wish on the Wish Fountain.

Snow has arrived in Dinkum!

Snow[]

On days in Winter there is a chance of snow instead of rain. If it snows in the morning on one of those days, a snowy day will happen.
During a snowy day, Big Snow Balls and Snow Bricks appear on grass, mowed grass and in flowers on the ground, but not on tropical grass or dirt/sand/mud.
It can snow at other times of the day, but it must snow in the morning to cause a snowy day. If it only snows in the afternoon or evening, snowflakes fall, but the snow does not appear on grass, and Big Snow Balls and Snow Bricks do not appear.
Jimmy will appear for the day when there is a rainy or snowy morning.
Bottle of Clouds can be used to give a chance of a snowy day, otherwise it will be rain.
