The Ute can be commissioned at Franklyn's Lab after donating 
7 Shiny Discs to Franklyn. It will be in the mailbox the next morning.
After purchasing Vehicle Licence Level 2 from Fletch, the player will be able to pilot the Ute.
The Ute features a second seat that a passenger can sit in, as well as storage space for 24 items, accessible by interacting with the tray at the back.
This vehicle can be coloured by using Paint.

Notes[]
- In comparison to the Motor Bike the Ute has a slightly high top speed, although this is some what mitigated by the Bikes boost function.
- The Ute is approximately 2x2 tiles in size and unlike the Tractor its hitbox fills up the entire space, meaning it wont fit through any gap smaller then 2 tiles wide.
- Currently NPCs following the player will not interact with the passenger seat.
