The Signwriting Table can be made at the Crafting Table after obtaining the Sign Writing Licence Level 1 from Fletch. This licence is unlocked after purchasing the Landscaping Licence Level 2.

Sign Writing Licence Level 2 will unlock further recipes.

The signwriting table cannot be used by players in multiplayer without the licences.
