Sally is an NPC who visits the Island and can move in. She provides options to change the character's appearance at Sally's Salon.

Sally will ask to move onto the island after the player has:

• Spent > 10,000 (equal to two haircuts/colour)
• Increased relationship to > 2 1/4 hearts

Sally's Salon is open 7am to 3pm, but closed on Sunday. Check out the mirror as well.
