The Rowboat significantly increases players' movement speed on water. Unlike swimming, rowing does not reduce stamina.
Land movement is technically possible for the rowboat, but it is very slow. This is one of the easiest vehicles to acquire.
After purchasing Vehicle Licence Level 1 from Fletch, the player will be able to pilot the Rowboat and receive the recipe to craft it in the Crafting Table.
This vehicle can be coloured by using Paint.
