Rice can be cooked in a Billy Can Kit to make Cooked Rice. Cooked Rice, in turn, is an ingredient at the Cooking Table for Egg Fried Rice and Roe Nigiri.
As a crop, Rice is unusual in that Rice Seeds can be planted under shallow water, and if so, will not need to be watered.
