The recipe for the Picket Gate can be learnt from studying a Blueprint, obtained by completing NPC Jobs, random rotation on the table in Franklyn's Lab and Jimmy's Boat, or inside a chest found in the Undergrove, Island Reef and Hot Hot Hot.
