Mining

Mining is a skill that allows the player to collect valuable resources for crafting.

To begin, the player must first talk to Fletch and purchase the Level 1 Mining Licence for 250. Then they are able to purchase a Basic Pickaxe from John's Tent, or John's Goods if he has moved onto the Island, for 1,200. The player must place the pickaxe into a slot on the toolbelt and swing it at a rock using Left-Click, or "X" on an Xbox Controller. After a few swings, the rock will break dropping a resource item the player can then pick up.

When the player unlocks the Deep Mining Licence they will be able to descend into the Mine for a large abundance of resources.

Max level for stamina benefits is reached at 85.
