10 Berkonium Ore to unlock the recipes (that require berkonium), and donating 
20 Shiny Discs to Franklyn. The Improved Dirt Printer will arrive in the mailbox the next morning.
The improved tools do not break, but they do need recharging. The Improved Dirt Printer will print 200 tiles worth of dirt, sand, mud, or rough soil before running out of power.
