The Guitar is found in treasure chests inside locked rooms in the Deep Mine and rotates randomly on Jimmy's Boat.
Strum the guitar to make the farm animals come towards the player. It counts as "petting" once they are close enough.
Unfortunately, it can't be used to make music as one strum is randomly pitched up or down a key or so.
