Franklyn is an NPC who lives on the Island after he moves in. He owns and runs Franklyn's Lab (aka The Crafting Lab).

Franklyn will ask to move onto the island after you have:

Franklyn's Lab is open 8am to 4pm, but closed on Saturday and Sunday.
