Fletch is the first NPC the player encounters in the game. She is recruiting for an expedition back to an island she once called home. She is first met in South City, where the player joins the expedition and heads to the island.
Fletch acts as the primary contact for the player in the game. She provides Tasks, Licences and Deeds. As with all other NPCs, she can be befriended by completing daily tasks for her.
Fletch can Hang Out after work.

HELP WANTED
Looking for a young go-getter to accompany me to my old home, [Island]. Voyage and accommodation will be your initial compensation. Anyone interested, please meet me at the Airship terminal on Summer 1st. Fletch.

Fletch has asked you to find a place for the Visiting Site Deed. Once this deed has been placed, your camp will be ready to accommodate travellers from all over the place!
