Purchase the Comp Fishing Rod from Max on the morning of the Fish Catching Comp.
Max can be found in his tent at the Visitors Site on the 22nd day in Summer and Winter. A prerequisite for Max to appear at the Visitors Site is that the Museum is built and Theodore has moved in.
The player can purchase multiple Comp Fishing Rods. These are more durable than the normal Fishing Rod.
They are repairable on the Repair Table.
