The Bottle of Clouds can be found in green wooden chests inside treasure rooms in the Undergrove and dug up on the Island Reef.
To use, hold in hand (toolbar) and consume, one time. A thundering noise can be heard, and it will rain the next game day. Jimmy's Boat will appear on the map when it is raining in the morning.
During Winter there is a 50% chance for it to rain or snow the next game day.
Each bottle has random levels of durability when found and cannot be repaired so use them wisely!
