The recipe for the Blue Floor Light can be learnt from studying a Blueprint, obtained by completing NPC Jobs, random rotation on the table in Franklyn's Lab and Jimmy's Boat, or inside a chest found in the Undergrove, Island Reef and Hot Hot Hot.

The floor light can be placed on the ground or on top of paths. It emits a beam of light at night. Size 1x1.
