Any Dinks you deposit in the bank will slowly accrue interest. Hmph. You'll be bleeding me dry, I tell you! Additionally, any Dinks you place into your account can be extracted from any other bank you visit. That means if you visit somewhere and they have a bank, you can withdraw what few precious little Dinks you have deposited. Finally, I offer a little exchange scheme. You see, I happen to have too many Permit Points. And you can never have too many Dinks. So come and speak to me during my operating hours to exchange Dinks for Permit Points.
The Bank is a building owned and run by Milburn.
Milburn will not visit the Visitors Site. The Bank Deed becomes available once the town's economy reaches 35% or higher. Possible approximation, to be 0.4% per economy for 10k spent, therefore 875,000 total spent.
The Bank Deed is acquired by talking to Fletch "about the town" and purchase the Bank Deed. Milburn will move in after the Bank is built.
Fletch will give the player the deed to decide where to place it. Construction will not start until all the required materials have been placed inside the deposit box on the build site.
There is a donation box in the Base Tent/Town Hall to pay off the Town Debt.
All debts need to be paid off in full before another deed can be applied for.
After construction commences it will take 2 nights to complete.

Services[]
The Bank offers 3 services: depositing Dinks, withdrawing Dinks and converting Dinks to Permit Points. The current conversion rate is 500 to 1, and the Dinks must be deposited into the bank before converting them. All 3 services can be accessed from any Bank on any island.
Dinks that are deposited and kept at the bank will gain interest over time, at an approximated 0.14% per day on the first billion.
An A.D.M can be purchased for 50,000. Place around town for withdrawals any time or day, by the player and guests. No deposits.
Interest Calculation[]
The exact interest rate is 1⁄7 %, rounded down to the nearest whole number, applied during sleep.
A seventh of a percent means multiply by 1⁄700, which can be simplified to divide by 700.
Given a million Dinks in the bank at the end of day 1, the interest will thus be 1,000,000 / 700 = 1,428.57 which will be rounded down to 1,428 for a total balance of 1,001,428 at the start of day 2.
Given no change in balance at the end of day 2, the starting balance of day 3 will have been increased by 1,430 (including 2 of compound interest) for a total balance of 1,002,858.
As interest is only on the first billion, it is capped at 1,428,571 per day which is actually already reached by having 999,999,700 in the bank.

Moving a Building[]
To move a building, visit Fletch, select Lets talk about the town and I want to move a building.
- The deed list provided is for the buildings currently in the town. Select the one to relocate.
- Relocating a building will put the town 25,000 in debt.
- Place the deed down in the new location. (Note: The new building placement cannot occupy the same area as the current building so the player must move the building to a vacant spot large enough for it first, then move it again if they wanted to move a building 1 tile or so over.)
- Remove all carriables from inside a building before moving, otherwise these items will be left in the void.
- The building will be moved over night.
- No additional materials are required.
- All the materials are here. Construction will start tomorrow.
- If a building is already being relocated, this needs to conclude before another building can be moved.
